Congratulation for one more association has been started ..but i am quite desprate because there is no govt vacancy published since last 15 years in Rajasthan ,as far as private institutes, they are taking advantages of it by paying less salary they have no norms,a few of them are paying as per norm otherwise condition is very bad .thus result, some of library professional migrated from this profession,it is a horrible condition I can,t express,so many associations are set uped but nobody works they held meetings on meetings and discuss so many matters except employment ,reason all higher members are engaged in good jobs ,then why should they care ,news paper publised news about their meetings , I am sorry if anybody feels with my comment .
