Consult IGNOU material. They will help you lot in NET exam.

You can also consult some conference proceedings of CALIBER, NACLIN, ICDL etc

Apurba Sir, Very True, IGNOU Course Materials of CICTAL, BLIS, MLIS and PGDLAN is very helpful, In addition of above conference proceedings, you can read some articles about Library and its relevant to ICT, Computer Terminologies, Several Laws including copyright laws, IPR etc. Study the previous year question papers of UGC Net which is available at UGC Website.
