Dear LIS professionals,

           We have great pleasure to inform you that we are going to publish an Edited Book entitled “Libraries of Tomorrow: Navigating the Digital Frontier” which will be published by a reputed publisher with ISBN. This book intends to bring out new dimensions in the field of LIS keeping in view the latest technological developments and innovations which immensely impacted and transformed the library and information centres. We take this opportunity to extend our invitation to the library professionals, faculty members, research scholars and students to contribute original research papers, articles, surveys, case studies related to theme & sub theme for the publication. Submission Guidelines

The authors of the book chapters must follow the following guidelines:

  • The Book chapters must be in MS Word format (A4 size) and the full length of the paper should be in between 5-12 pages (maximum word count 3500).
  • Every article must have an abstract of at least 100-200 words including keywords.
  • The complete text of the book chapter should be in “Times New Roman” font and the line space should be of 1.5.
  • The size of the title must be 14, bold and size of the remaining text should be “12”.
  • The heading (1, 2, 3, …..) and subheading (1.1, 1.1.2, 2.1, 2.1…) should follow the sequence as mentioned in the brackets.
  • The referencing style should be of “APA 7th Edition” and should have hanging indention.

Editorial Process

All the submitted papers/articles will be reviewed by subject experts in LIS field and also checked by an anti-plagiarism software to verify the originality of the contents. Only the selected articles/papers will be published in the book.

  • Last Date of Article Submission: 31st January, 2024
  • Notification of Acceptance/Rejection/Re-Submission: 20th February, 2024
  • Final Intimation/Acceptance: 1st March, 2024
  • Copyright Submission by Authors: 5th March, 2024
  • Payment of Publication Fee: 10th March, 2024
  • Tentative Date of Book Publication: 15th April, 2024
