Dear Sir
The DSSSB has clearly mentioned that candidates belonging to OBC category must be in possession of OBC certificate issued by the concerned Delhi Government authorities. You can get understanding from this statement. Furthermore, they have mentioned in the list that all obc candidate outside Delhi have been treated as Unreserved Category candidates.
