Do Candidates of General Category also send their Document to UGC NET Office, New Delhi

Do the candidates, who are from general category and qualified only for NET Dec-2014 are also send their documents to NET Office, New Delhi?. Some candidates, having admit card, registered email id, date of birth, etc., are not able to download e-certificate of Dec-2014.

Dear Sir, Documents Verification is mandatory to all qualified candidates of any categories(Gen, OBC, SC/ST, PWD etc.) to get their e-certificates.

Thank you sir,

If a candidate send all these documents by email, will NET Bureau consider them as equal to hard-copy?

Kindly tell the process.

Thank you.

Dear Munesh, According to  UGC guidelines candidates have to send Attested copies of relevant  documents by gazetted officer to verify their eligibility. But I have listen from 2-3 candidates that they just send their docs by e-mail (ugcecertificate4@gmail.com) and get their e-certificates.

Dear Ashok Bhatt ji,

Could u tell me where u got this mail id ?

Sir... sending documents are not a big deal, but attestation is very difficult, specially for those who stay out of their native place. Hon'ble PM India has said for self attestation which will be equally valid as by an Officer. UGC should also consider it, self attested document by any mode; Mail or e-Mail.

Thank you.

Thank you Sir, But earlier before CBSE (till June 2014)when UGC conducted the Test, UGC did no verification for general category candidates only for NET.

Subject: Request for submission of documents regarding issue

mother’s name, date of birth, roll number, date of exam.,
contact number, e-mail ID etc.
2. Consolidated Mark Sheet of Master’s Degree. In case of
CGPA, conversion table of CGPA into percentage from the
concerned university/institution.
3. Master’s Degree/Provisional Certificate.
4. Matriculation/High School/Higher Secondary Certificate for
Date of Birth.
5. SC/ST/PWD/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate (if
applicable).

(applicable only for JRF candidates for relaxation in age).
7. Admit Card of December, 2014 UGC-NET.
E-certificates of all the eligible candidates will be made available on
the UGC Website (www.ugcnetonline.in).
HEAD
UGC NET BUREAU

Sir, looking at so many complains of eligible candidates, who worked hard to crack the NET exam, regarding non-receipt of e-certificate, after 14 months of examination ( NET Dec-2014), shows the poor performance of CBSE and UGC. Both agencies are failed.

Yes Sir it is valid point. Many candidate can't even apply, being qualified.

Both the authorities should take some valid action toward it.
