How to utilise the service of E-journals through Consortium by Scientist?

Give me the solutions.....that will help me in improving the usage of E-journals.

First we have to find the problem and then look for the possible and the best solution.

Try offering some rewards for highest downloader
they are scientist is this will be useful?

you can do one thing.

prepare a list of highest downloaders and publish it in notice board.

Good advice from Aburba.  I T'S HUMAN Psychology to get attracted towards rewards. Get benefitted by tis knowledge.
