I was actually looking for Australia. If a MLISc post-graduate wants to work in Australia, can he/she work in an Australian Library

But, I will check out those links. They seem to be interesting

I don't think any of the UG, PG degree done in India is valid abroad unless you get the job offer in India to work abroad which is very rare. For an Indian citizen to work abroad, he/she needs to fulfill the educational requirements of the particular country which includes the UG/PG degree to be issued by any institute/university of that same country. I am considering only Tier 1 countries and have no idea about third-world countries. All the best!
