I am sorry to say but still the DVD is not responding as required.

I restarted the PC and took the option to boot from DVD. There was an option to install Lubuntu which i clicked. Then the DVD halts as the message comes:

9.730462 ACPI PCC Prob fails.

and the system stops moving any further.

Kindly assist if possible.

It depends upon your RAM. If it is more than 1 GB the iso will work. If the desktop is older with 512 mb RAM it wont work. Do it in a better configured desktop .

Sir can there be some other reason accept one give by you. Because my system has 2GB RAM installed in it.

May be DVD drive complaint? Use pendrive to install iso. Dwnload rufus from this link and use pendrive as flash https://rufus.akeo.ie/

Sir i cant find Lubuntu 14.03 on internet. Could you share the links LUbuntu 14.03

Sir i downloaded live koha 3.20 on dvd , Before installation koha, i need install Lubuntu right? or else this live cd include OS also ? and already windows OS  is there in system after install Lubuntu windows will be removed know
