BACKGROUND OF CONFERENCE: The conference is aimed at studying the latest trends in ICT and their application in Academic Libraries to enhance the resources and services. The Seminar will discuss the introduction of new services with ICT tools. Attempt will be made to study the modalities of
providing the information services to the end users spread over a vast geographical region
with varied social backgrounds. The development of Academic Libraries with its resources
in different formats and to achieve the goals of the Parent Organization. The librarian can
fulfill these types of demands with the help of ICT applications.
OBJECTIVES OF THE CONFERENCES: The conference is being organized with the following objectives: 

 ICT· application in academic Libraries

Building Institutional Repository/ Digital repository·
Transforming Management Change in Libraries·
Collaboration and Networking·Scholarly communication of knowledge

Paper Submission Guideline: submit the papers through e-mail latest by 05.03.2012. In case of acceptance of the paper, you will be required to present the same in power point for duration of 10 minutes. Authors are requested to submit their papers in doc file (MS-Word) by e-mail:ncfalie2012@gmail.com.

 Papers submitted must be original and should not have been published previously.·The paper should not exceed 4500 words. The text should be typed single spaced, Times New·Roman font style and font size in 12. Use the APA style for references.·
