Dear sir

I know all guides are not same that is why I used "most of the time unfair and unjust". Anyway thanks for your best wishes.

In general things as i think that all librarian community want to be a academic staff for that we have to do some academic practices like passing of UGC NET or SET/SLET etc.I am giving you some strength points whch are supporting for passing of UGC NET and SET for MPhil and PHD holders.

a) For a teacher there is the requirement to qualify TET teacher eligibility test organised by the state exam authorities and central level.

b) If the respective candidate passed the MPhil and PHD Degree they can easily clear the UGC NET of SET.

c) It is the requirement of time that skilled scholars are required in the field of library and information science for bright future of Librarian community.

d) We all know that many of the institutes counting the librarian as a Non Teaching staff so it is the time to change the view of this field.

e) We all are "Teacher of the teachers" we have good communication skills, knowledge of all fields etc

So dont worry for that just make it fruitful for individual & all librarian community.
