1} Phd. /M tech in library science/computer science
OR
2}b.e./b.tech COMPUER SCIENCE, MCA,MSC. {COMPUTER SCI.}/MLIS OR EQUIVALENT WITH MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN AN ESTABLISHED AND ORGANIZATION OR TEACHING.
