In the 489th Meeting of the Commission was held in UGC Main Office, New Delhi

To consider the issues related to the result of UGC-NET held on 24th June 2012.

The Commission decided to set up the Committee of the Commission Members to revisit the NET result:


Besides revisiting the NET result, the Committee will also lay down

parameters for future use. The Commission authorized the Chairman to

consider and approve the recommendations of the Committee.

Good news, Can u tell me what is the recommendation of the committee?

This is very good opportunity for NET candidates

If at all NET results are revised and the criteria is further lowered it would not be a matter of trumph or joy but a matter of concern because it would lead to strong competition for least available opportunities.

It is the fact that already very less jobs are there with good salaries in degree colleges.....by lowering the cut off will give us a certificate with no job or useless job.
