Only 2015 Dec NET certificates are available in this site, but JRF certificate is not not available so how can we download the JRF certificates?

i have qualified net dec 2015 . i cannot download my e certifcate . when iam log in the message displayed that " your e mail ID does not exist " is coming . what to do please help me
