Do the school librarian get the entry scale that is 12500 - 34800 and not 9300 - 34800. As equal to the TGT entry scale according to 6th pay commission

No According to 6th pay commission the school librarian scale at entry level is

Basic 9300-34800 with Grade Pay 4200

The pay scale is 9300-34800 with Grade pay of 4200 but the pay fixation is at Rs. 12500. Means basic pay is 12500 + Grade pay is 4200 in the Pay band 9300-34800. You may ask any newly appointed librarian in Central Schools. This is their pay scale and fixation.
