Why it happenes among staff of an organisation that they are jealous with one another? I dont think it is a natural human nature? It is a preplan act which ultimates aims to heart somebody's feelings and the emotions. Normally people don't want to see the success of a junior or subordinate in the organisation.

I believe that the time is arriving when Internet must be censor at least for the children in a library. An attempt to limit children exposure to pornography and explicit content online. We will have to make initial attempts to restrict unsuitability of the internet content to the children.
