As library professional what are the benefits of Open Source Software and Proprietary Software for the library management software or digital library management software?
Really RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION is far better than bar coding, at presentr iam collecting data but i recomended one should go for RFID in place of bar coding

RFID gate is two type electronic and magnetic , Electronic gate is too much costly, magnetic field gate is less in comparision of Electronic gate. You can use RFID tag on your library books and use the magnetic field gate this is low badget.

- I hoped you will understand the reason, for which i am going to delete your recent two topics of discussion. I also left out comments earlier in this regard.. The point is, when you open a topics for discussion, the system send your topics to all by email and my point is you cannot disturbed a person thrice for the same topics.
