Thanks for your msg.Ā As I personally feel, the KV interview they may ask about (1) School Library Management (2) Developing reading habits among students, (3) Making best use of resources (4) Initiating Online learning.Ā Ā (5) Advantages of Printed Books & E-Books (6) Your perception on MOOC & Online Courses. (7) Purchasing Books & Journals. (8) Developing Reading Room/Library etiquette among teenager & Neo Adults.
As you can well understand that most of these are practical questions to judge the suitability of an individual to work as Librarian. However, they can very well ask any type of Academic questions as well. such questions can be anything ranging from Cataloguing, Classification, Reference Service ; specially reference service in a School Library (its viability & pattern) Library Organization: making Library more attractive for students etc. etc.
Your opinion about the Whats APP Group is quite good.Ā Try creating a group where you can (a) discuss in your native Language and (b) where you can interact with others in English.Ā
