- Yes. Without NET also you can get scholarhsip for MPhil and PhD.
a) There is a Rajiv Gandhi Scholarship for SC and ST from UGC.
b) The ICSSR also provide general PhD scholarship for general and even SC and ST candidate.
c) If you enroll your self for a full time phD in Central Universities, you can also get fellowship automaticaly..
