I will suggest you should contact GIST, Global Information Systems. They provide ebooks of almost all the publishers you are looking for. Contact them http://www.gist.in/contact-us.asp

Also, I will suggest you to try Knimbus platform because it provides access to more than 4 lakhs ebooks free of cost.
