Dear Sir,

Good Morning. As you pointed, the answer for the question number no 28 & 40 are not matched,

B.Sivakumar

NIC is not the Library Network

as per my knowledge i think maslow  known for hierarchy of needs.....in which motivation also one part but not the whole ....like taylor, mc greger, herzberg, mayo are also related to motivation theory.....

but i am sure maslow is not related to unity of command...means error is definitely there..

DELNET and OCLC are linrary network only
HTTP and FTP common type of protocols

i am totally agree with you mr. gyan prakash ji....

Q. NO. 40 IS RIGHT U R MISINTERPRETING IT SIR

Q.28, Q.34 & Q.40 are not correct. correct option are not available in option

Right answer is D becasue Theory of motivation is propounded by maslow,

Unity of command is one of the  principles of management coined by Peter Drucker, MBO management By Objectives is the factors of planning, and forcasting  helps in efficiecy and waste prevention

MBO theory is given by Peter Drucker sir

u r rgt sir. MBO by P.Drucker

but theory of motivation by maslow
