Both are library housekeeping software.  CDS/ISIS is developed by UNESCO based on DOS & working on tag system. Its window compatible version has been developed by DESIDOC known as Sanjay.  Libsys is developed and maintained by Libsys Corporation Ltd. Libsys is most reliable as it is programmed on Oracle database system and compatible with Window and Linux  both.
