as perĀ supremeĀ court judgement and Ā UGC defination of teacher Librarian is a teacher....... but librarians neverĀ fight for our their rights.

Ā Dear Namrata Madam,

This is Ā the issue Ā without fight for right no one listen where as Librarian job is teaching ,guiding as well as counselling the students and teaching staff therefore Ā it should be in the teaching staff only beside that fulfill all the information needs of others .
