 IF UGC increasing Qualifying marks, this may be new Cut-off for Junior Research Fellowship.

Have you given only JRF's? what about Lecturership's? Good effort to fool the people, i.e., with out giving proper links... don't waste your own time and others too...please think about your profession i.e., information...
