Highest marks in library and information science in UGC NET June 2012

I have secured 278 (80%) marks in all three papers. Is there anybody who have got more than these NET marks:

I - 70

II - 82

III - 126

Total : 278

out of 350.

Someone else could get more marks, because few professionals are member of LIS forum, while the total candidates are more than this figure.
UGC should have increased the level of cut off marks 65%; 60%; and 55% to 70%, 65% and 60% to maintain the quality and status of NET Exam. Since the 1989-1990, when NET Exam started, the total number of candidates passed during the 12 years in Library and Information Science is about equal to candidates qualified in JUNE 2012 Exam alone.
UGC should have increased the level of cut off marks 65%; 60%; and 55% to 70%, 65% and 60% to maintain the quality and status of NET Exam. Since the 1989-1990, when NET Exam started, the total number of candidates passed during the 12 years in Library and Information Science is about equal to candidates qualified in JUNE 2012 Exam alone.

Instead of evaluating the cut off points, i would suggest that they should introduce negative marking again.
