When I log in my status is shown as 'not applied for NET'. Do you face the same problem friends.

Yes, I also could not download my own e-certificate. Even, I could not see any option for dowloading certificate. UGC did not upload cert., yet.

today ugcnetonline is not working since morning!!! many problems are there associated with this link and downloading e-certificate even many r facing problem that e-cert file is not opening as it is password protected and not opening even followed by given password instructions

no madam ugc site was working in the morning but now it is not working, i dont know what is going to happen tomorrow and what is going to happen tomorrow? and what is the next blunder they are going to create? or wether SC will be able to apply pressure on ugc. Hamara gala ugc ke haath main hain.
